• The sheave grooves are intermediate frequency quenched so that the surface hardness will be improved and the service life will be extended.

• The side plate assembly is made of thick steel plate, with enough strength.

• The sheaves and the bearings are interchangeable with those of corresponding crown blocks.

• Quenched and tempered alloy steel shaft with lubrication hole of each bearing.

• The travelling blocks are in accordance with API Spec.8C and API monogram can be used.
