The valve and seats produced undergo process control and production processing in accordance with API specifications and ISO9001 quality system.
The material is made of high-quality 40CrNiMo and 20CrMnTi low-carbon alloy steel, processed through advanced processes such as overall forging, carburizing, and quenching, with a working surface hardness of HRC ≥ 60. Through precise calculation and CNC lathe processing, the size between the valve body and valve seat is perfectly matched. Through the use of multiple frequencies and blocks on land drilling and offshore platforms.
